Enigma GSM crypto-phone: ISDN connection

Enigma To effect the same secured communication with the office and important co-workers on the public phone network, the LineCrypt from Deutsche Telekom T-Systems/T-TeleSec, was developed, which utilizes the same extremely secure encryption procedure as the Enigma mobile phone, offering full protection in public phone networks.

Similar to phone calls between two Enigma mobile phones, all functions are controlled automatically by the built-in Net-Key card and the key pair saved on it. Simply link the LineCrypt I+ between the existing ISDN devices, such as phone, fax or PC, and the ISDN plug ("Plug'n'Play"). From that point on, all conversations with an Enigma mobile phone or another LineCrypt I+ will be secure from evesdroppers. Utilizing LineCrypt devices in a telephone system switchboard is possible, but will require an individual solution in order to ascertain full protection. Special solutions could be devised and offered in cooperation with the Deutsche Telekom partner, T-Systems/T-TeleSec.
