Telog Special Calling Card Packages

This solution, to be integrated directly into Telog, is available for purchase directly.

These packages include ready-to-sell Calling Cards with PIN numbers and an accompanying CD-ROM disk with card information for the administration system.

SoftLog also includes wizards that assist Telog operators in managing their own Pre-Paid system if they prefer to create the cards themselves.
The advantage of using the Tel-Cards is simply the tremendous simplicity for the system operator.

The cards come with a CD-ROM with PIN code (Key-Code) information on it and all that they need to do is load the CD-ROM in the administration program and then start selling the cards. The system takes care of removing empty accounts or accounts that are designated as "too-old" based on the card activation date etc. The system can work on post paid, or pre paid accounts at the same time. The post paid just log the access and billing is done manually at the operators own discreption.

The pre-paid accounts do not NEED the pre-paid CARDS as such. Not at all. The accounts are simply PIN codes (we call them Key-Codes) with the Pre-Paid flag turned ON and thus the system will only allow access to the phone lines if there is a balance on the account.
It is quite possible to just create a PIN code, set it as Pre-Paid, let the user (staff member for example) know the code and then enter balance on the account according to what nmoney is received from the PIN owner as time goes by.
