Funzione "Auto-Attendant".

Auto Attendant is an integral part of a PBX phone system. It is used in the main reception lines and departments for managing the calls. Special greeting prompts customized for the company and individual departments help in giving a professional image to the company. An auto attendant is also sometimes referred as automated attendant.

Some of the advanced features in auto attendant system include Dial by Name, Dial by Extension, Group Dialing (for departments), Find-Me/Follow-Me, Voice Mail forwarding, Call Screening, 1-4 digit extension numbering, Music on Hold, and Do Not Disturb mode (for individuals). You can even configure your greeting message depending on daytime or after hours. Auto attendants are a good alternative for the live receptionists, handling all the calls in a very professional manner. In any case, there is the option of connecting to the live receptionist, if the situation demands so.
